RSM Georgia is pleased to announce Internship Program in financial audit department. Through the program, students will be able to apply for internship since 25 October to 1 December 2021. Internships are available for undergraduate and graduate students, the best of them will be employed at RSM Georgia.
Responsibilities
Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients
Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the planned audit approach and engagement objectives
Demonstrate professionalism and competence
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Collaborate with team members for effective execution of audit engagements
Understand and adhere to RSM International’s Audit Methodology
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:
An undergraduate student (or Bachelor ’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
Studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent) is preferable
Knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is preferable)
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Dedication to teamwork
Planning and time management skills
Highly self-motivated with an ability to work in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
Highly motivated to learn and develop

RSM Georgia is announcing vacancy for the position of Senior Auditor 1 and Senior Auditor 2.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters;
Ability to lead and manage fieldwork on client sites to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process;
Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and established clients;
Providing an on-site coordination role for audit clients including the coaching and training of junior staff;
Contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situations;
Provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firm’s audit methodology;
Understand and adhere to RSM International’s Audit Methodology.
Required skills/experience:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance;
Knowledge of English
Working towards ACCA qualification;
A minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience working as an auditor in an international accounting firm;
Expertise in IFRS and in related financial reporting matters.
